Nike’s DeFlorio Joins Mother

English shop Mother does not yet have office space or clients for its New York outpost, but it has hired its fourth partner. Rob DeFlorio, ad director at Nike before he left in 2002 to travel for a year, will team with the new office’s three other execs, Andrew Deitchman and creatives Linus Karlsson and Paul Malmstrom. DeFlorio, 42, “[managed] so much groundbreaking work that people didn’t just talk about but actually delivered big results,” Deitchman said.
