Contenders began to emerge last week in the review for Nickelodeon’s $15 million image task.
Among the 12 shops the Viacom unit is mulling for creative duties: Ammirati Puris Lintas, Avrett, Free & Ginsberg, Della Femina/Jeary and Partners, Fallon McElligott, The Geppetto Group, Kidvertisers and Young & Rubicam, all New York; Arnold Communications and Smash Advertising, both Boston; and Rubin Postaer and Associates, Santa Monica, Calif.
Separately, three contenders are vying to handle a trade effort for Noggin, the digital venture of Nick and Children’s Television Workshop, aimed at cable and satellite providers: Frierson Mee + Kraft, Anda and Scotti and Kidvertisers, all New York.
