Rives Carlberg has appointed David Hoyt senior art director. Hoyt joins the agency from Fogarty Klein Monroe in Houston, where he held the same title. In addition, the Houston-based shop has hired Peta Pilgrim and Adrienne Roberts as digital studio artist and junior producer, respectively. Pilgrim previously worked as a graphic designer at Houston’s Bayou City Productions; Roberts is a recent graduate of East Central University in Ada, Okla.
