FRANKFURT – Three former managers at GGK opened a new agency last week. Torsten Hoffman, Markus Reiser and Ulrich Schalt will be running the shop, called Hoffmann, Reiser, Schalt. The agency will have as its fourth partner a minority interest from the international holding company of DDB Needham, granting the agency use of the company’s media and research. H,R,S will handle Gruner & Jahr, the Swiss Tourist Office, Bosch Telecom and Telenorma. The shop bills $15 million.
