The Meridian Group in Virginia Beach, Va., has added five staffers. Terry Kelley has joined as director of public relations and corporate communications. Kelley helped start the agency’s PR department in 1990 but left about 10 years ago. Since then, he worked as a consultant for the agency and helped open TeamLink in Atlanta, a sports-information company. Jaclyn Bailey has become a member of the PR staff.
