Austin, Texas-based GSD&M has named Mary Lynn Marinucci vice president and account director. In her new role, Marinucci will oversee the retail portion of the Charles Schwab account. She most recently served as group account director at Ogilvy & Mather in New York. In addition, the shop has hired Jeff Spillane and Heather Gorman as senior writer and senior art director, respectively. The team joins the shop from Cliff Freeman and Partners in New York, where they worked as copywriter and art director on Budget Rent a Car, Fox Sports, Staples, Quiznos and Hollywood Video.
