ATLANTA The NDW Group has opened an office in Raleigh, N.C., to serve its client, BASF Global Agricultural Products, the agency said.

The agency hired Paula Johnson to open the office and work with the client. Johnson was new business manager of Latorra, Paul & McCann of Syracuse, N.Y., before joining NDW. She also was vice president and management supervisor for eight years at the Rochester, N.Y., office of Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications. She also has worked at Buck & Pulleyn in Rochester and Howard Merrell & Partners in Raleigh.
