Neathawk Dubuque & Packett has appointed John Bedor vice president. Bedor will be responsible for developing new business at the shop’s Richmond and Roanoke, Va., offices. He previously was business development director. ND&P has also added Michael Dorsey as senior account executive. Dorsey will oversee accounts including ITT Industries Night Vision, Hollins University, Ferrum College and the Virginia State Police. Dorsey joins the agency from O’Connor Group in Roanoke, where he was an account executive and marketing strategy specialist.
