National CineMedia expanded its cinema advertising network signing multi-year affiliation deals with Rave Cinemas and Metropolitan Theaters. Combined, the two affiliation deals— announced Monday and Tuesday (April 5–6)—add 50 theaters and 552 screens to NCM’s network.

The deal with Rave adds 33 movie theaters and 475 screens in California, Connecticut, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Beginning June 2011, following the expiration of its existing rep agreement with Screenvision, the Rave theaters will join NCM’s digital network and run NCM’s FirstLook digital pre-feature program.
