Mullen Elevates New Leader for MediaHub

BOSTON Mullen said it has elevated John Moore to evp, director of media services to lead the Interpublic Group agency’s MediaHub unit. He succeeds Steve Calder, who left the shop last month for a post at Hewlett-Packard.

Moore (pictured) has been with Boston-based Mullen for 11 years, most recently leading media innovation and integration efforts for Ask.com, Match.com, Timberland and Orbitz, among others.

Mullen CEO Joe Grimaldi praised Moore as a “huge catalyst for media-creative fusion.”

Moore said the transformation in that direction is not moving fast enough, and he hopes to help clients and agencies embrace the new realities of a data-driven, laser-targeted media world.
