Jeffrey Bard, formerly vice president and management supervisor of Arnold Direct in Boston, has joined Portland agency McCabe & Duval, which will now be known as McCabe Duval & Bard. Bard is overseeing the shop’s recently opened office in Newburyport, Mass. Prior to joining Arnold, he was with Ingalls Advertising, CPS Direct and Mullen.
Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston promoted Jim Ricciardi to senior vice president and director of graphic services from vice president of graphic services. Laura Wood, Jim McGinn and Leslie Lenoff were each advanced to senior vice president and account supervisor from vice president and account supervisor. Gail Ames, John Wolfarth, Rob Parrish, Phil Chadwick, Joe Hawley, Kim Eveland, Sandra Procopio, Scott Hainline and Maria Skiffington were all advanced to vice president.
Maria Dubuc Piraino was promoted to partner from vice president at Marketing By Design in Beverly.
Arnold Communications in Boston promoted both John Petruney and Nick Kalbenbaugh to vice president and creative director on the Titleist account. Petruney had been vice president and senior copywriter, and Kalbenbaugh had been vice president and senior art director. Meredith Tedford was advanced to producer from assistant producer. Deidre Kelly, Angie Cameron and Athena Efter were promoted to associate producers from assistant producers. Chris Jennings was advanced to assistant producer from production assistant.
Angelo Santinelli was promoted to senior vice president of worldwide marketing and business development from vice president of worldwide marketing at Shiva Corp. in Bedford.
DRK Advertising in Boston promoted Paul Alvord to art director from production artist. Alvord has worked on national accounts including ATI Technologies and AudioTrack. Most recently, he helped create a new corporate identity program for DRK.
The Donovan Group in Worcester tapped Larry Buckley, a former freelancer, as creative director.
Techmar Communications in Canton installed Jeffrey Feingold as controller. He had been vice president and chief financial officer at Common Press in Brookline.

Thomas McGinley was advanced to senior vice president of information technology. Mary Richards was promoted to senior vice president of human resources and administration. Jan Webster has been promoted from senior account manager to director of marketing at Cramer Productions in Norwood. Donna Sullivan has joined Cramer as an account manager. She was with Sony in Irvine, Calif., where she was marketing manager for the Interactive Content division, which produces video entertainment for airlines.
WMUR-TV in Manchester tapped Peter Kulevich as an account executive. He had been an account executive at WWLP-TV in Springfield, Mass.
Clear Channel Communications in San Antonio, Texas, named Carolyn Issenberg-Goldstein national sales manager for its Providence-based radio stations WWBB-FM and WWRX-FM. She had been senior account executive at WWBB-FM.
Pamela Brennan was promoted to program director from program coordinator at WNAC-TV in East Providence.
The Gorman Group in Providence named C. Dianne Patota a public relations account executive. Previously, she handled recruitment advertising at J.B. Hunt Transport in Lowell, Ark.
