NEW YORK

Hill, Holliday/New York named Susan Chung senior vice president, group account director in relationship marketing, overseeing the Verizon Wireless account. She reports to Stacia Goddard, executive vice president/managing director, relationship marketing. Chung previously worked at Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer/Euro RSCG in New York, where she served as group account director on WorldCom Business Markets. Prior to that, she was management supervisor on MCI Mass Markets at MVBMS. Before MVBMS, she was at Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners in New York, working on the Citibank AAdvantage MasterCard and Visa business.

Cathy Tweedy, co-founder of Pickholz Tweedy + Co., was named senior vice president, relationship manager at Rapp Collins Worldwide’s New York office. In this role, she will oversee accounts such as Pfizer, Kaiser Permanente, Juniper Financial and Amicus. Tweedy also joined the office’s executive committee, becoming part of its guiding management team.

Marketing Services Group appointed Ken Krasner managing director of Media & Entertainment, a division of MKSG. Prior to joining the New York-based company, he worked at ElectricArtists, which he co-founded in 1997.

Robert Foran Associates in Valhalla named Daniel Infanti president, effective immediately. He formerly worked as chief marketing officer at Etrana in New York.

Lisa Bowers was appointed marketing director of the New York American Marketing Association. She most recently served as principal at Smooth Sailing Marketing. Prior to that, she worked at Popular Science magazine.

Kevin Brown was named vice president of Eastern advertising sales at FOX News Channel in New York. Roger Domal, who formerly served in that post, was promoted to vice president, national sales director. Brown most recently was vice president of sales at King World in New York.

Gayle Lambert rose to advertising manager at Time Inc.’s health magazine in New York. She most recently served as Eastern manager of health.

Jay Advertising in Rochester hired two staffers and promoted two. Kim Osur was named promotions manager and account supervisor, working on the Greater Rochester Visitors Association, United Way of Greater Rochester, RochesterWorks!, Preferred Care and Wegmans Food Markets, among other duties; she formerly served as a senior account executive at Eric Mower and Associates in Rochester. Paul O’Fray joined as an account executive, working on Buick Motor Division; he previously was an account executive at Infantino Associates in Rochester. Chris Hartman was promoted to accounts payable supervisor; she most recently was accounts receivable supervisor. Christine Matta rose to associate broadcast producer; she formerly served as editorial administrator/quality control. Jay is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Interpublic Group of Cos.

EastWest Creative hired two staff ers. Christopher Bragas was named chief financial officer and chief operating officer; he is based in the shop’s New York headquarters. He most recently was vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Promotions.com. Sarah O’Leary was appointed vice president, strategic development; she is based in the Los Angeles office. She previously was vice president of marketing at The Regan Group.

Brooks Crandall and Ann Cusack were named advertising sales representatives at Parade magazine in New York. Crandall previously was sales director at MatchLogic, while Cusack formerly was a regional sales manager for Popular Science magazine.

NEW JERSEY

GráficaGroup hired two staffers. Michael Spotts was named a systems engineer, serving as the onsite administrator for GráficaGroup’s three com panies: Grá fica Advertising, GráficaInter.active and Gráf ica.eCRM Corp. He formerly was a computer support analyst at Merck. Luann Padden joined as a senior account executive, responsible for managing internal job flow and developing inhouse marketing-communications projects for Gráfica.eCRM. She most recently was an account manager at CAG Design Studio. GráficaGroup is based in Chester.

Gillespie in Princeton hired Paul Van Lewen as an administrative assistant in its Strategic Services Department. He most recently interned at Princeton Partners in Princeton.

PENNSYLVANIA

Paragraph hired two staffers. J.T. Harding was appointed business development account executive; before joining the Philadelphia-based agency, he worked as director of new business development at White Tiger in Burlington, N.J. Miriam Corson joined as Web and print designer; she formerly served as a graphic designer at K2 Digital in New York.
