OKLAHOMA

CCB Creative Marketing, Tulsa, has named Allison Radcliffe, former president of Hartman Communications, vice president of account services. Other recent CCB hires from Hartman include new director of public relations Melani Hamilton, the former senior vice president of public relations; account executive Kendra Thompson, formerly a client services executive; and account coordinator Chris Monteith.

Third Degree, Oklahoma City, has recruited Jamie Russell as project director for the agency’s e-commerce division and Davan Haas as account assistant and copywriter.

Stuart Bacon Advertising & Public Relations, Fort Worth, has named Cameron Hardman senior account executive. Previously, Hardman served as account executive and traffic manager at Cassels-Caywood-Love Dimensional Branding.

Levenson & Hill, Dallas, has appointed Mary Ann Kohan vice president and director of media services. Kohan arrives from Doner, where she was vice president and director of media planning.

Peter Moossy has joined The Olson Group, Austin, as account executive. He was previously a graphic designer and account executive at the Dozier Agency. Ty Taylor, former senior art director at Sherry Matthews, has joined the agency as art director. Current staffer Amy Murphy has taken over the position of office manager.

WarrenCordes+, Austin, has added Brian De Los Santos as art director. De Los Santos most recently served as senior art director at TKO. Cathy Wood, a former marketing communications director at IBT Technologies, has joined the agency as public relations account manager. Former Tocquigny account coordinator Allison Hudson has become traffic manager and financial analyst Allen Corley has come aboard as controller.

Fleishman-Hillard has elevated Robert Martin and Larry Meltzer to general managers of its Dallas office. Prior to joining Fleishman-Hillard in 1999, the two executives were the founding partners and principals of Meltzer & Martin Public Relations.

Fellers Marketing and Advertising, Amarillo, has hired Christopher Say as account executive. Say was previously regional community relations coordinator for Hastings Entertainment.

Cooksey Communications, Irving, has welcomed Shae Felix Mulvey as account executive and Lezli Miears as public relations coordinator.

Sally Herbert has joined hybrid, Dallas, as chief operating officer from her previous position as partner at Deloitte Consulting.

Eisenberg and Associates, Dallas, has designated Stephanie Bishop vice president of business development and sales. She previously held the same title at Esoftsolutions.

Don Bartholomew has moved to Read-Poland Associates, Dallas, as senior vice president in charge of the public relations company’s technology practice group.

In Houston, Patrick Henry Creative Promotions has expanded its marketing and promotions division with the addition of Philip Raimondo, past president and co-founder of Bar Starz.

New faces at Saunders-Ream Marketing Communications Group, Dallas, include production manager Russell Kelley, from a similar position at Keeton & Rich; media planner and buyer Wendy Wells, formerly research manager at Chancellor Media Corp.; graphic artist Jon Simpson, from the Art Squad; and administrative assistant Mollie McGee, from TXU. Marcy Black, former divisional marketing director for Johnson & Johnson Medical, has joined the agency’s healthcare division as vice president and account supervisor.

Kathy Fawcett Martin, most recently head of broadcast at Berry-Brown Advertising, has signed with charlie-uniformtango, Dallas, as executive producer. Janell Brown, formerly with Lost Planet Editorial, has also joined as executive producer in the company’s new Austin office.

Bates Southwest, Houston, has tapped Jose Marin, formerly at Aztore Service Corp., as designer and Web developer, and Laurent Johnson, previously with BRSG, as media planner and buyer.

The Balcom Agency, Fort Worth, has assigned Nancy Baku to the post of account manager and Rae Ann Bellucci to the role of account executive. Baku is a former marketing manager at Texas Health Resources; Bellucci was previously a media planner and buyer with J. Walter Thompson.

Wheeler Advertising, Arlington, has hired Travis Smith as media buyer.
