McDougall Associates in Peabody has named Michael Jarmolowksy media director. He had been media director at the defunct Cuneo Sullivan Dolabany. MaryKate Libonate also has come aboard as production manager. She most recently served as a print production assistant at Arnold Direct in Boston. David Shultz and Laura Stein have been tapped as art directors.
