MaryKate Libonate also has come aboard as production manager. She most recently served as a print production assistant at Arnold Direct in Boston. David Shultz and Laura Stein have been tapped as art directors.
Arvi Raquel-Santos has joined Tomlinson in Cambridge as a graphic designer.
Eric Olson has been hired by Super Coups in Avon as chief financial officer. He had held a similar position with Advo in Hartford, Conn. The direct mail marketing firm also has tapped Bill Matthews as vice president of franchise training and support, Gene Ahlers as director of Internet marketing and sales and Sherry Cipoletti as franchise trainer.
Philip Greenough has been promoted to executive vice president and general manager at The Weber Group in Cambridge. In his new position, Greenough will oversee operations and guide new business development. He also will continue to work directly on several accounts, including Lexmark International, Citrix Systems and Gtech Corp.
Arrow Direct in Woburn has hired David Rous as strategy and program development director.
Boston-based McKay Fried Communications has named Kenneth DeNorscia production manager.

Julie Stamos has been tapped by Le Meridien in Boston as director of public relations for the 326-room luxury hotel. She previously served as account supervisor at Duffy & Shanley in Providence, R.I., where she directed publicity efforts for Rhode Island’s tourism division.
Dick Brodeur has joined the Bedford Granite Group in Bedford as senior art director. Brodeur had worked as a freelance graphic artist for the past several years.
Carol Giustu has been appointed operations manager at Read, Tatulli & Purdy in Providence. She has held similar positions at RDW Group and Duffy & Shanley, both in Providence. Jeff Flynn also has joined as an art director. Flynn had worked as a freelance designer in Plainville, Mass.
