Deutsch named David Levin vice president, account director on the Pfizer account. He joined the New York-based agency in October 1999 and played a critical role in the launch of a new direct-to-consumer campaign for Pfizer’s Zyrtec brand. Prior to Deutsch, Levin worked at Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmet terer/Euro RSCG in New York from 1997-99 as account supervisor, working on accounts such as Schering-Plough HealthCare Products’ Afrin and Chlor-Trimeton.

The Rochester office of Eric Mower and Associates promoted Julie Marriott to senior graphic designer.
