DDB Chicago promoted Ann Rubenstein to senior producer and named Jennifer Russo an associate producer. Richard Fobes was promoted to group account director. He joined DDB 15 years ago as an account supervisor. Susan Lulich was promoted to management representative. She joined the shop in 1994 as an account executive. Marcia Iacobucci and Gary Matusek were named group creative director and creative director, respectively, at Beyond DDB. Davies, Pacheco & Murphy Advertising, Oak Brook Terrace, hired Natalie Cupps, Matt Webster and Karen Mabee. Lauren Pober joined D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles as an account executive for the Burger King regional field marketing group in Chicago. Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, Chicago, promoted three leaders of its Chicago consumer unit to form a nationwide tourism practice group. Jennifer Sifton, Jill Adams McDonough and Jill Collins will head the Chicago-based operation. Sifton is executive vice president, deputy general manager of Chicago consumer; McDonough is senior vice president, deputy general manager of consumer; and Collins is the new national director of tourism. Laughlin/Constable expanded its Chicago account services staff with the addition of Desiree Kelleher and DeVaughn Johnson, both account supervisors. Kelleher recently worked at Wunderman Cato Johnson. Johnson came to the agency from DraftWorldwide. Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago hired Jennifer Pagsuberon as a media supervisor working on the Hyatt and Moen accounts. Stacy Forrest joins the agency as an account executive on the Transitions Optical account. A INDIANA Keller Crescent, Evansville, hired Mitchell D. Lucas Jr. as an account executive for the company's printing and packaging division. Lucas most recently served as a national account representative for Mead Packaging. The agency also promoted Drew Wesley to vice president, account supervisor. Wesley joined the agency in 1990 as an account executive. A IOWA Stan Himes, vice president and creative director of Thomas C. Porter & Associates in West Des Moines, was named producer of the year by Central Iowans in Radio and Television. A KANSAS Callahan Creek in Lawrence hired Angela Pishny as an account supervisor. A KENTUCKY McCafferty and Co. Advertising in Louisville appointed Rob Brittain vice president, account services director, with responsibilities for account team management and client services. Brittain was formerly at Becker Communications in Chicago. A MICHIGAN New senior vice presidents at Campbell-Ewald Advertising in Warren are Gail Keller Bindi, director of strategic communications planning; Laraine Spector, director of analytics and strategy; Susan M. Weatherhead, director of new business; Michael Panley, Fredia Roberson and Trevor J. Copacia, brand management supervisors; and Brian E. Dooley, senior producer. Doug Williams joined as a vice president, account supervisor, and Bernard Paige is a new vice president, manager-account coordination. Chris Zientek was promoted to senior vice president, associate creative director. Business consultant Kelly Major joined Brogan & Partners Communications, Detroit, as marketing director and a partner. Rene Rodriguez joined LKF Marketing as a graphic designer. Martha Gunberg is also new at the Kalamazoo agency. Hanon McKendry hired Jacqui Garcia as a senior writer in its Grand Rapids office. Angie Watson is a new account coordinator/assistant. Kirsten Gardner was promoted to client service executive at J.R. Thomson Co. in Farmington Hills. She will be responsible for program planning and implementation for the Mopar Accessories and Mopar Competitive Parts accounts. The Berline Group hired Robert Flammond as an account supervisor. Prior to joining the Bloomfield Hills agency, Flammond served as an account supervisor at Liggett-Stashower in Cleveland. A MINNESOTA BBDO Worldwide hired Tim Buggy as an account supervisor in Minneapolis. He will oversee work on Buffets. Mary Haugen joined Bozell Kamstra in Minneapolis as a public relations senior account executive. She will be responsible for the Wagner Spray Tech account. Amelia Ruth was named broadcast traffic assistant at the agency. A MISSOURI Kerry Murray joined D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, St. Louis, as a media planner for the M&M/Mars account. Prior to joining D'Arcy, Murray was a media buyer/planner with Creative Marketing in Chicago. Laura Alferman joined the agency as a media buyer with its corporate out-of-home media group. A OHIO Eastpoint Communications in Fairborn appointed Gwen Cavano media director. Joseph Franchina joined the advertising and video production firm as an account manager and producer. Willis Case Harwood appointed Kimberly Bird account executive handling strategic planning and management. Mark Freeman Associates in Cleveland promoted Leslie Harmon to account manager. Gary Dague joined the high-tech marketing communications firm as an art director. Dague previously was an art director with Smiley Hanchulak in Akron. Ira Thomas Associates, Youngstown, hired Jamie Venorsky as an art director. Tracey Lovrak was hired as an account manager for Midwest and Northeast regional activities for ALLTELL Communications. Sylvia Filaccio was hired as a staff artist. Northlich Stolley LaWarre promoted Rebecca Arbona to vice president of BrandStorm, the Cincinnati shop's product development group, and Alison Lang to vice president/media director. Tim Fening joined Bridge Integrated Communications in Cincinnati as a member of the firm's creative department, dealing with healthcare accounts. Hensley Segal Rentschler added Anne Rudig and Adam Eger to its ranks in Cincinnati. Rudig was hired as a senior art director, and Eger joins as an e-commerce specialist. Adcom Communications added executive vice president Tim Seiple and executive vice president, co-creative director Steve Dressig to its Cleveland office. Thomas Hitchcock was promoted to vice president at the agency. Lydell Capritta joined HMS Partners in Columbus as president of its direct marketing division. Capritta previously served as a senior vice president and chief marketing officer with Brann Worldwide. Liggett-Stashower added three new employees in its creative department. Traci A. Cwalinski and Paul Forsyth join the Cleveland shop as art directors; Danielle Ruppert is assistant art director. Innis Maggiore Group, a regional advertising and public relations firm in Canton, named three new vice presidents and owners. Thomas J. Merrill was named vice president of client services, Dan J. Pecchia vice president of public relations and Jeffrey Monter vice president of creative services. A PENNSYLVANIA Marc Advertising promoted two staffers in its Pittsburgh shop. Jeff Reed was moved to senior art director, and Lydia Caplan was named account executive on Rite Aid. A WISCONSIN Mary Bremel Hasheider joined the Madison office of Meyocks & Priebe Advertising as a member of the agency's account service team.
