NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Euro RSCG DSW Partners in San Francisco hired Gregory Joumas as an account director on its Intel business. Citron Haligman Bedecarrƒ, San Francisco, hired Eric Cosper as account supervisor; Meredith Ackley as senior account executive; Harlan Kennedy as account planner; Michelle Myers as traffic manager; and Julian Katz as assistant producer. Sean Williams joined Brain Surgery Advertising in San Francisco as account executive in charge of new business. Williams' experience includes previous stints with the San Jose Symphony and the San Francisco Bay Guardian. J. Stokes & Associates, a full-service advertising, design and public relations firm in Walnut Creek, promoted M.L. Haynes to senior art director. The shop also added Rachelle Berman as a senior account executive and Kirill Vlasov as a graphic designer. Alex DesChenes joined Miller/Huber Relationship Marketing as director of marketing analysis. DesChenes comes to the San Francisco shop from Foote, Cone & Belding's San Francisco office, where he served as vice president of database marketing. Miller/Huber also recently hired Carol Sattler as media strategist and Jennifer Shockley as senior art director. Hampel/Stefanides' San Francisco office promoted Marybeth Gilliam to senior vice president/director of client services. Gilliam, who has worked at the shop for the past four years, was most recently vice president/account director. Larry Moss was named creative director at Runyon Saltzman & Einhorn, a Sacramento-based advertising, public relations and social marketing firm. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Jan Wieringa was appointed president and chief executive officer of Harmony Pictures, a commercial production company in Los Angeles, and of Pure Film, its New York-based division. She will be based in Los Angeles. Kelly P. Green was named senior vice president, account director, at Campbell-Ewald's Los Angeles office. Green previously worked at TBWA Chiat/Day's Venice office on its Taco Bell account. Edward Scully has returned to Mustang Marketing and Advertising in Agoura Hills as creative director. Shin Ueno rejoined Bandai America in Cypress as vice president of marketing. ReichesBaird Advertising, Irvine, added Ronƒe Salter to its account service team. Joy Malek joined TH&M Advertising in Irvine as vice president and account supervisor. WASHINGTON Pete Kearney joined McCann-Erickson's Seattle office as a senior copywriter. He previously worked at Deutsch's New York headquarters. Cole & Weber, Seattle, added four new employees: James Mackenzie, associate director of strategic planning; Karen MacDonald, account supervisor; Susanne Lewis, media planner; and Stacey Speicher, account executive for the interactive group. Noelle Bortfeld joined Bozell/Seattle as vice president, management supervisor. She comes from Foote, Cone & Belding Promotion and Design, San Francisco, where she worked on Hewlett-Packard. Paradigm Communications Group, Seattle, hired Karen Lomax as associate art director. EvansGroup Public Relations, Seattle, appointed Kathleen Detwiler executive vice president and general manager of its Evans Food Group division.
