FLORIDA Lisa Chilik has been named creative services manager at Osprey Marketing Group in Stuart. Chilik was a member of the group that formed the agency in 1996. The company also promoted Tess Kuehnl to art director. Kuehnl has been working with the shop as a graphic designer since last year. GEORGIA Visions USA in Atlanta has added David Allen Baker as art director and Laurie Breiner as traffic and production manager. Prior to joining the agency, Baker was employed as a graphic designer at Towers Perrin and a designer at Coca-Cola Co. Breiner previously worked at Pringle Dixon Pringle. Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits, the fastfood restaurant chain based in Atlanta, has installed Cathy Schlecht as director of customer delight. Sawyer Riley Compton in Atlanta has made staff additions to its creative and production departments. Kevin Thoem has been added as an art director. Thoem has been a freelancer with the agency recently, working on a number of accounts. Another new hire is traffic manager Stacey Coker. Prior to joining SRC, Coker worked at Folio Z and Management Science America. MARYLAND Rosse & Associates in Sparks has promoted Robert Wornom to vice president of operations. Wornom had previously been director of production services for the agency. He now will be responsible for the day-to-day internal operations at Rosse & Associates. Carla Koeffler has joined Earle Palmer Brown in Bethesda as partner of strategic development. Before coming to the agency, Koeffler served as director of marketing for the General Services Administration. She has also worked at The Krystal Co. MISSISSIPPI The Cirlot Agency in Jackson has made the following personnel changes: art director Coleman Green has been promoted to senior art director; account executive Chalise Lenoir O'Quinn has advanced to account manager; Heather Ward has been named account manager; Alison Martin has been appointed graphic artist; and art director Greg Gilliland has become director of multimedia. NORTH CAROLINA Coyne Beahm in Greensboro has hired Kerri Lindley, formerly an art director at The Design Group, as a computer artist. Lyerly Agency in Charlotte has designated Ken Munkens as its director of client services. The hire is part of a new business development restructuring at the agency. Design Associates in Charlotte has enlisted Laura Schiltz as account manager and Megan Foley as account and traffic coordinator. Michele Miller Houck has been named account manager at Wray Ward Laseter in Charlotte. Previously, she was a marketing specialist at Greenville Hospital Systems. Melanie Rein has been hired as a receptionist. Steedman Communications in Charlotte has welcomed Barry Wilson as a partner responsible for account service and business development. Wilson arrives at the agency from Long Haymes Carr. SOUTH CAROLINA Tom Leach, formerly with WFBC-FM, has joined Erwin-Penland in Greenville as a copywriter. In addition, the agency has added Anji Ahac as media payables coordinator.
