The shop also hired Kristin Riley as a graphic artist. Riley comes from World Management, a typesetting, layout and design service bureau in Albany, where she also served as graphic artist.
Jeffrey Johnston was named vice president, account services at Smith Advertising Group in Syracuse. He had been senior account manager at the agency.
Sherwood Outdoor, New York, has named Brian Turner president. Turner had been general sales manager of New York radio station WABC-AM.
Desgrippes Gobe & Associates, New York, has tapped Peter Levine to head DGA Consulting, a new strategic planning unit. Levine is a founding member of the agency and an executive creative director.
