Paradies as vice president of client services and promoted Michael Davids to creative director in Chicago. Miendl & Associates hired David Bedore as account manager in the agency's Oak Brook office. Chris Reiser joined Kurtzman Slavin in Northfield as a new media developer. INDIANA Phyllis Pyle was promoted to client service representative at Keller Crescent Co. in Evansville.
