SOUTHERN CALIFORNIAKTTV-TV Fox 11, Los Angeles, named Steve Cobble national sales manager. He was previously an account executive. Campbell-Ewald/West, Los Angeles, named Deena W. Woodrow senior vice president and John J. Haggerty vice president. Woodrow will be responsible for overseeing all West Coast media planning. Independent Media Services, a media planning and buying agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles, tapped Elliot DeBear as senior executive vice president. DeBear joins Independent after five years with SFM Media. Big Bang Idea Engineering, San Diego, added Jana Peck and Stacy Kadrich to the account service department.
