Leslie Gibbs has been promoted to senior account executive for her work on the Shell Energy account. Geoff Blaine has joined the agency as assistant account executive on the Shell Energy business.

The Center For The Persuasive Arts, San Antonio, has added five new members to its creative department: senior art director James Ballard, art director Andy Gass, senior copywriter Christopher Walther, copywriter Misi Woolard and graphic artist Tina Rossell.
