Stephen D. Pisinski has been elected chairman of the Public Relations Society of America. Pisinski has served on PRSA’s national board of directors for the past four years and is currently president of The Montgomery Group, a public relations firm in San Francisco.
Goldberg Moser O’Neill in San Francisco has announced several promotions and hires. In the media department, Laura Kramer and Andy Sims were named media planners, and Michael Bernardoni, Richard Knapp, Joe Magnani and Molly McCuskey were named assistant media planners. In the media merchandising department, Dustin Johnson was named an account executive. In the broadcast department, Melanie Klein was named director of broadcast production and Kimberly Grear a senior producer. In the print production department, Britt Gardner was named a manager. In the design department, Louise Wainwright was named a project manager and Sunny Chong a digital production artist. Also, Matt Hilzendrager joined the agency as a traffic coordinator.
340 Group, a data management and direct marketing services agency in San Rafael, named Kelle Jacobs as an analytic consultant in the analytic services department.

Jacqueline Townsend Konstanturos, founder and chief executive officer of The Townsend Agency, a marketing firm in San Diego, was honored by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the top 10 women entrepreneurs in the nation.
Nathalie Wilson joined Matthews/Mark in San Diego as director of strategic planning. She previously worked across town as an account planner at VitroRobertson.
Tellem Worldwide in Los Angeles promoted Erik Deutsch to account supervisor and new media specialist. Deutsch has been with the agency for nearly five years.
TH&M Advertising in Tustin named Arnie Attell director of business development and Kristi Knoppe as a junior copywriter. TH&M specializes in brand development.
Danielle Hines joined the entertainment division of DDB Needham Los Angeles as a senior media planner.
Inspired Arts Digital Media Group in San Diego named Bryan S.J. Mallindine as its new chief executive officer.
Michael Vaccaro joined Oster & Associates in San Diego as an account coordinator, where he will be responsible for account coordination, internal communication and coordination of client projects.
Taylor Fuller III was named director of Western regional sales at Tribune Entertainment Co. in Los Angeles. He was previously manager of Southwestern regional sales.

Euro RSCG/DSW Partners in Salt Lake City recently added four new people to its staff. Rachel Kahler was hired as an account manager for the Intel and Adaptec accounts.
Sandi Fanslau joined as an account service analyst, Stacy Weltmer as an assistant media planner and Jennifer Gyllenskog as an interactive media account manager.
WASHINGTON
John W. David joined KeyBank in Seattle as regional executive vice president and marketing director for the bank’s Western region.
Cole & Weber, an advertising, direct marketing, interactive and public relations firm, hired Gretchen Bennett as art director and Jim Elliott as senior copywriter at its Seattle office.
Guy Smith was named vice president, account service at Loomis. Smith will manage the new Loomis office in Seattle.
Creative Works in Seattle promoted Dana Greer to managing partner from chief operating officer. Also, the shop hired Tom Olsen as an account executive.
