NEW YORK
Bozell Worldwide chairman and chief executive Leo-Arthur Kelmenson has formed the “office of the chairman,” a management group consisting of five vice chairmen. On the team are Jay Schulberg, chief creative officer; Gene Bartley, president, North American operations; Ramesh Rajan, executive vice president, chief financial officer; Mike Vogel, president of the agency’s Detroit office; and Kelly O’Dea, vice chairman, international operations and global client development. Bozell also named Sal Taibi director of account service at its New York office. He will retain his title as senior partner, overseeing the “Milk Mustache” campaign for the Milk Processor Education Program.
Ammirati Puris Lintas, New York, named Chris Jacques president, Europe, a new position, beginning July 1. Jacques comes from BBDO, where he served as chairman of its Asia Pacific operations. Jacques will be based in London.
One month after the departure of its senior management team, APL Digital, New York, the interactive arm of Ammirati Puris Lintas, added three senior staffers. Keith Metzger was named president; David Bennahum joined the group as executive vice president, strategic services; and Douglas Rushkoff was appointed chief strategist.
Marie Mann has joined Saatchi & Saatchi, New York, as executive vice president, director of human resources. She was most recently vice president of human resources at Mosby Matthew Bender & Co.
Chris Clark was named director of business development at Bates North America, New York. He remains an executive vice president and will continue to run the agency’s Avis Rent-a-Car business.
Ryan Drossman & Partners, New York, hired Matt Kasindorf and Dakota Sullivan, former principals at Kasindorf & Sullivan, also in New York. Kasindorf, who will serve as head of client services, has worked at Partners & Shevack/Wolf; creative director Sullivan is a Foote, Cone & Belding vet. The two bring clients with billings of approximately $2.5 million to the $55 million agency.
Eric Mower and Associates, Syracuse, named Frans Jurgens account supervisor in public relations services. He previously developed Web sites as a consultant.

Somerville’s Crawford/Fenton Associates promoted three staffers. Michele DiBello was elevated to production manager from production and media coordinator; Kenneth Ruiz advanced to multimedia art director from assistant art director; and Tara Casamento was named administrative assistant/media coordinator.
Donald Christensen joined Parsippany’s R&J Integrated Marketing Communications as a senior account manager.
Medical Economics Co., Montvale, promoted Jim Pantaleo to publisher of Hospital Pharmacist Report and Drug Topics; he will continue to serve as publisher of Business & Health. Carol Jaxel was elevated to associate publisher of the two titles from national sales manager at both.
PENNSYLVANIA
Earle Palmer Brown, Philadelphia, added two staffers: Christine Cerniglia was named assistant media buyer and Dane Sachs joined the agency as a traffic coordinator.
Steve Rockman joined Tierney & Partners, Philadelphia, as senior vice president, interactive marketing. He was previously chief operating officer and executive vice president, business and technology development at Criterion Communications in King of Prussia.
Harmelin Media, Bala Cynwyd, promoted nine employees. Sherri Feinberg moved up to media supervisor; Joyclyn Faust was elevated to senior media buyer/planner; Jennifer Solano, Kirsten Thompson Imms, Brad Youtz, Josie Valenti, Amanda Dilissio and Loretta Falciani advanced to media buyer/planner; and Katherine Pocock moved up to junior buyer/planner.
Dorland Sweeney Jones, Philadelphia, promoted three staffers. Maryellen Royle advanced to senior account supervisor, Sandy Nissenbaum moved up to account supervisor and Shouvik Datta was elevated to assistant account executive.
CONNECTICUT
Berni Design in Greenwich named Anthony Pearson senior vice president, marketing. He has worked as managing director at Landor and Addison Brand Group and managing partner at Peterson, Blyth and Pearson.
Market Growth Resources in Wilton named Karen Koslow senior vice president. She was previously president of the promotion division at J. Brown.
Source Marketing, Westport, added three staffers and promoted one. Richard Riordan joined the agency as financial director, Elizabeth Cohen was named account executive and Holly Kozma was hired as coordinator in Source’s radio division. Vanessa Jones was also elevated to account executive from assistant account executive.
