CONNECTICUT Kim Carroll has joined Keiler & Co. in Farmington as an account manager on the Deloitte & Touche business. She previously held a similar position at Group Four Design in Avon. MAINE Susan Mitchell has been tapped by Perry & Banks in Portland as production and traffic manager. Eric Sagalyn has come aboard as assistant account executive. MASSACHUSETTS Joyce Davis has joined Excel Marketing in Quincy as creative director. Gary Thompson has been appointed group global account director at Shandwick International in Boston. He had been president of Golin/Harris Technologies, a division of Shandwick, and will continue to work out of the agency's Boston office. Michelle Chambers has been tapped by RainCastle Communications in Newton as director of account and new business development. She previously served as a Web marketing manager at IBM subsidiary Lotus Development Corp., where she coordinated online content and oversaw the development of advertising and direct response programs supporting the Notes and Domino product lines. Rebecca Marlowe has joined Plan-It Marketing in Boston as an associate planner. Mame Glasheen Conroy has been appointed national sales manager of WFNX-FM, a top-rated alternative music station in Lynn. She has been with WFNX since 1994. Gioia Browne has been named president of the Boston Women Communicators. She currently serves as staff director of employee relations for network and corporate systems at Bell Atlantic, where she has worked for 25 years. Irene Sullivan has been promoted to account supervisor at McKay Fried & Partners.
