Miramax Films has signed a first-look deal for creative content with Mother, the London-based agency that opened in New York in November, the companies said last week. Miramax will have first-look rights to any of Mother’s concepts with respect to branding and media properties. The New York shop, whose clients include the NBA and fast-food chain Chipotle, also will provide advertising, marketing and brand consulting to Miramax and its Dimension Films division.
