Moses Anshell has tapped Pamela Loughman as client services supervisor and Kelly Noto as client services manager. Loughman will be responsible for marketing-communications efforts on behalf of the Arizona Office of Tourism, White Mountain Regional Partnership and Meridian Bank. She previously was vice president of marketing, business and corporate development at Del Norte Credit Union. Noto joins the Phoenix agency after more than three years at theFurious, an interactive-communications agency in Phoenix, where she most recently was director of production.
