David Eiben has become an account director at MDC Partners-backed agency mono in Minneapolis. A veteran of agencies such as GSD&M and Fallon, Eiben was most recently at Havas’ Arnold working on the Volkswagen account. During his first week on the job, the client announced it was moving its business to another agency. “Mono was everything I was looking for,” said Eiben, in a statement. “It’s the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial setting where the focus is on doing amazing work.”
