BOSTON-Mintz & Hoke has recruited a seasoned creative team to work on its Ingersoll-Rand account.
Senior copywriter David Banta and senior art director David Swartz are the first hires by chief creative director Chuck Borghese, who joined the Avon, Conn., agency in December.
Banta comes from Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco, where he was senior copywriter on the Dockers account. Swartz was most recently senior art director on the AvMed and Giro accounts at Crispin, Porter & Bogusky in Miami.
Borghese called the pair “tremendously gifted .
