Mintz & Hoke said it has hired Lynn Healy as an account executive. Prior to joining the agency in Avon, Conn., Healy spent six years with the Westfield Group, a global shopping center developer headquartered in Sydney, Australia, most recently as marketing director for a Connecticut property.
