Miller/Huber Relationship Marketing has won a new direct marketing assignment from British Airways without a review. The business is worth $25-30 million.
The San Francisco shop’s first task will be to develop a direct marketing strategy to forge formal ongoing relationships between BA and businesses and business travelers. On the consumer side, Miller/Huber will also target frequent BA travelers. The agency will work with roster shops M&C Saatchi, New York (BA’s lead U.S. agency), and Carlson Marketing Group, Minneapolis (which handles BA’s direct marketing to consumers), said Floyd Miller, president of Miller/Huber.
Miller/Huber had approached BA last year about handling the business and had developed speculative work for the client before being given the assignment.
