Merge, North Highland Are Atlanta Allies

ATLANTA Merge Agency and The North Highland Company have formed a strategic alliance to expand service offerings to clients, according to the former.

Michael Taylor, founder and chief executive officer at Merge, said that both companies will continue to operate independently, but will also work together to develop blended service offerings and leverage existing and new client relationships.

The two Atlanta firms have worked together on special projects in the past, added Taylor, but wanted to formalize their relationship.

“This partnership will allow us the ability to address the continued growth of the Web as a communication and business tool and the overlap of marketing and technology,” Taylor said. “Together, there is an impressive track record of delivering business, marketing and technology solutions from strategy through implementation.”

Merge, founded in 1991, is a creative communications agency that focuses on interactive marketing, according to the shop. North Highland, founded in 1992 by Dan Reardon, is a management and technology consulting company. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
