Mercury Mambo will craft a Hispanic- marketing effort for Dr Pepper/Seven Up, which selected the Austin, Texas-based shop last week following a review. Past Hispanic-marketing efforts by the soft-drink marketer focused on individual brands, with shops that included Mercury Mambo working on a project basis, executives said. Billings were undisclosed. The Plano, Texas-based beverage company spent $130 million on ads last year, according to TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
