NEW YORK Cathy Goodin has been hired as managing partner, account director by WPP’s Mediaedge:cia. She most recently served as evp, director of communications planning at Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi.
A 20-year media veteran, Goodin will be responsible for managing all media planning and buying for AT&T Consumer and AT&T Business as well as all national media planning and buying for Dr Pepper/7Up. She is based in New York.
Goodin officially began at her new post two weeks ago, after leaving Saatchi & Saatchi earlier this month, a representative said.
