McCann Worldgroup Acquires London Interactive Firm AllofUs

McCann Worldgroup has acquired AllofUs, a U.K. interactive design agency that has worked for media and entertainment clients like the BBC, BSkyB, Canal+ and Xbox in addition to technology marketers that include Nokia, Microsoft and Yota.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. AllofUs’s co-founders Nick Cristea, design director; Orlando Mathias, director of R&D; Simon Sankarayya, art director and Phil Gerrard, business director, retain those roles. The London agency, established in 2003, will remain a stand-alone unit and will initially work closely with McCann Worldgroup’s London offices of McCann Erickson, MRM and Momentum.
