NEW YORK McCann-Erickson is expanding Jonathan Cranin’s worldwide creative responsibilities, the agency confirmed.

Effective in the first quarter, Cranin will become worldwide creative director of multinational accounts, a new position. He is currently worldwide creative director, overseeing the agency’s cornerstone accounts such as Nestle, Microsoft and General Motors in North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. In the new position he will supervise those accounts in the Latin America and Asia regions.

Marcio Moreira is the senior-most creative in the organization.
