McCann Erickson has won a place on the Carlsberg Group’s advertising roster outside the U.S.

While the agency hasn’t been given any specific brand assignments, landing a spot on the brewery’s  lineup gives the Interpublic network the chance to work on creative briefs across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Addressing the agency’s appointment, Carlsberg global category manager Diana Starbanov said of McCann: “They demonstrated great expertise in managing and building brands, locally, regionally and globally.”

JWT also recently landed a place among Carlsberg agencies, joining shops like London’s Saatchi & Saatchi and Fold7, Antwerp’s Duval Guillaume Modem, and Buenos Aires-based Santo.
