The Financial Times of London broke a print and outdoor campaign last week tagged, “Read to lead.” The work from M&C Saatchi in New York targets so-called third-tier execs in the U.S. who head divisions and may be angling for higher leadership, a client rep said. The paper spent less than $1 million on media in 2002, per TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
