NEW YORK WPP Group’s Maxus has been awarded the media assignment in the U.S. and the U.K. for Powermat, maker of a new wireless charging system for portable electronic devices, after a review, the client has confirmed.
 
Maxus won strategic planning, implementation and digital responsibilities for the account. The agency’s work will commence with the product’s launch this fall via a multimedia marketing effort.
