ATLANTA The Martin Agency has secured the $10 million account of the National Oilheat Research Alliance, the client confirmed.

The Richmond, Va., unit of the Interpublic Group of Cos. won the NORA business following a review against two undisclosed agencies in the Northeast. Incumbent Fallon in Minneapolis, which won the business in August 2001, did not participate.

“They liked the style of our creative work, the range of it,” said agency chairman and CEO John Adams.
