Even as marchFirst marches toward closure, having filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Thursday, the Chicago-based e-consulting firm was tying up loose ends in its continuing effort to sell off core assets.

MarchFirst’s 40-member Salt Lake City office has completed a buyout and renamed itself boede&partners. Led by industry veteran Dave Boede, who now serves as president, boede&partners clients include WebMiles, Volera, Campus Pipeline and Electron Economy. The agency plans to serve B2B and B2C companies throughout the United States.
