LONDON – Advertising agencies here are still fighting the effects of the recession. A new report out this week, produced by accounting firm, Willott Kingston Smith, claims that agencies’ operating profits per head have fallen to an all-time low and that nearly half of those sampled reported operating at a loss for the first six months of 1993.
