Jean Manasian, formerly president of The Burlington Group in Westford, Mass., last week opened a 12-person shop geared toward high-tech, b-to-b, financial-services and online clients. Manasian Inc. in Waltham, Mass., will handle Web-site design, Webcasts, direct and event planning for clients that include EMC, Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft, Manasian said.
