BOSTON Manasian Inc. said it has produced new sales tools for MRO Software, a provider of strategic asset management products such as Maximo.

The sales and training kit includes a solutions playbook covering a wide variety of markets, a flip resource for phone sales and a “cheat sheet” set of cards for carrying on the road.

“It’s very important for 2005 to train the sales force on how to approach the customer and prospect with a full solution and options,” said Jean Manasian, president of the indepdent shop in Waltham, Mass.
