ATLANTA Henderson Advertising said that it has acquired Mainline Marketing Communications, a South Carolina-based public relations company founded in 1997 by Kristie Bohm.

Ralph Henderson, president and chief executive officer of Greenville, S.C.-based Henderson, said the merger would bring “an existing client roster and public relations leadership.” Mainline lists Softlab (a BMW company), Taylor-Made Adidas Golf, Deloitte & Touche and Slazenger Golf Products as clients.

In the six years since the founding of Mainline, its staff has grown from one to six, said Bohm.
