Brunner in Pittsburgh has promoted Jeff Maggs, 46, to the newly created position of chief client officer, overseeing accounts across all agency offices. Previously, Maggs was svp, director of account management, responsible for Pittsburgh clients only. Brunner president Scott Morgan notes: “Jeff could write the book on contemporary account leadership. No client ever doubts that he is firmly on their side.” Maggs joined in 2006 from MARC USA.
