Modernista! said it has added Melissa Macaulay as creative resources manager. In this new position, Macaulay will be responsible for a variety of internal agency functions including management oversight of the creative workflow process, coordination of agency resources and freelance staffers, as well as asset management within the department. Prior to joining Modernista! in Boston, Macaulay was at Cramer in Norwood, Mass., as an interactive production designer.
