Lyle Anderson Engages Wirestone

CHICAGO The Lyle Anderson Co. has named Wirestone as its first interactive agency, according to Dan Lynch, the shop’s COO.

Wirestone here will build community Web sites designed to showcase each property’s location, personality and lifestyle appeal.

“The goal of the sites is to put Lyle Anderson on the list to evaluate for the prospective buyer. These buyers are very affluent and a Lyle Anderson community is likely one of at least two luxury homes [they would own] so our goal is to build enough desire to precipitate a visit,” said Lynch. “In 2007, we will be doing online relationship management through e-mail campaigns.”

Lyle Anderson, founder and chairman of the client company in Scottsdale, Ariz., is regarded as an innovator in luxury lifestyle communities. In 1983, with the launch of the Desert Highlands compound near Scottsdale, he introduced the concept of club membership tied to the purchase of property within a private community.

Other Anderson communities include clubs in Desert Mountain and Superstition Mountain in Arizona; Las Campanas in New Mexico; the Loch Lomond Golf Club in Scotland; and Hokulia in Hawaii.
