Rob Quish, the one-time president of Lowe’s New York office, is leaving this week to start a network devoted to luxury marketing. Quish, 42, will be CEO of the Luxury Television Network, which plans to market high-end goods via infomercials and branded-entertainment programming. Quish was president of Lowe from 1999 until last February, when the IPG shop rejiggered its management lineup to incorporate former Bozell CEO Tom Bernardin.
