NEW YORK Two agencies have made top creative appointments.

Robert Reiser has been elevated to the No. 3 creative post at Lowe. Reiser, 47, assumes the new title of executive vice president, deputy creative director of the New York Interpublic Group agency, effective immediately. He had been evp, group creative head.

Reiser now reports to Lowe chairman and chief creative officer Gary Goldsmith and the agency’s second-in-command, executive creative director Dean Hacohen. His primary duties will include new business development and overseeing group creative directors on accounts such as the $20 million Federated Department Stores, which the shop won earlier this month.
